They had agreed to take a shower and rest a bit before going out to play, but by the time Yin Xiyu woke up, it was already pitch dark outside. Although she had slept, it didn’t feel like much rest; in fact, she felt even more exhausted than before.

Lying in the soft bedding, she felt how dry and comfortable her bare body was beneath the covers. She had no idea when her brother had helped her wash up, but silently, she gave him a mental thumbs-up for his attentive care.

The only question was: where had he gone? Sitting up, clutching the thin blanket, she felt a little disoriented. Just then, the door clicked open. She turned to see Zheng Jishi standing there, dressed in a dark floral shirt. His appearance blended seamlessly with the local scene—simple white T-shirt underneath, shorts, and flip-flops—a slightly unkempt yet charming look.

“Awake, huh?”

Zheng Jishi placed the snacks he’d bought on the table. Yin Xiyu stared at them for a few seconds before focusing on the important question: “Brother, why did you go out alone without telling me?”

“Is that new outfit yours? I want some nice new clothes too!”

Zheng Jishi smiled, “You were sleeping so soundly, I didn’t want to wake you.”

“I just went out for a bit. There’s a night market here that apparently gets lively, but it starts pretty late. No rush—you can take your time.”

“As for clothes, I’ll take you shopping tomorrow.”

“Xiyu, you want it, we’ll buy it all.” He said this with a bit of swagger. At that moment, Zheng Jishi’s image in Yin Xiyu’s mind shone brighter. Of course, she had the means to buy whatever she liked, not to mention her earnings as an actress and the flood of endorsement deals after her rise to fame. Her original family background was also one of wealth and privilege.

Still, it was a happy thing that the man was willing to spend on her.

She curled up like a cocoon against Zheng Jishi’s chest, wiggling and giggling coquettishly, “Wow, Brother Jishi, you’re so handsome~”

“Pfft~” Zheng Jishi raised his thick eyebrows, clearly enjoying the act, his expression smug.

Yin Xiyu almost laughed but held it back.

She lingered in bed for a while longer, enjoying Zheng Jishi’s limitless feeding of fruit. The mangoes and pineapples in Thailand were especially sweet. At first, she happily ate them, but they got too sugary and made her throat scratchy. She quickly patted Zheng Jishi’s arm, shaking her head to decline more.

Choosing what to wear was something Zheng Jishi helped with, but because Thailand was hot, most of Yin Xiyu’s clothes were quite revealing—tank tops that exposed shoulders and neck, or short skirts with open backs or midriffs. As she held up one outfit after another, Zheng Jishi’s expression grew increasingly speechless. Finally, he clicked his tongue and gritted his teeth, “Don’t you have a single normal piece of clothing?”

Yin Xiyu lay on the edge of the bed, propping her legs up, her bare skin all the more eye-catching due to her pose.

She looked innocent, her almond-shaped eyes sharp and clear: “What’s wrong with normal?”

“I used to wear like that too! Brother, you’ve seen it before.”

That was true. Men were creatures of the senses, and Zheng Jishi’s strong first impression of Yin Xiyu was undoubtedly because of her beautiful face and perfect figure.

But back then, he admired her as a man. Now that this treasure belonged to him, his inherent Busan-style masculine possessiveness flared up.

Fortunately, he was a mature man. Even if jealous, he never forced her to change how she dressed. So in the end, she still wore her pretty clothes and went out.

A short, powder-blue plaid tube top, her delicate, fair waist slim enough to be held by both hands, paired with fitted flared jeans at the hips, and with Yin Xiyu’s tall stature, even without seeing her face clearly, her silhouette was stunning.

The night market in Thailand was bustling, crowded with people. Zheng Jishi held Yin Xiyu’s hand tightly all the way, and when they entered dense crowds, he firmly looped his arm over her shoulder to guide her forward, protecting her from potential harassment. He regretted not hiring a local guide as Gray had suggested—it would have solved the language barrier and added a layer of safety.

Rather than having someone constantly hovering nearby, he preferred to be alone with Xiyu.

Fortunately, she felt the same way.

Yin Xiyu loved the bright, colorful trinkets sold everywhere. She would stop at nearly every stall and linger, unable to move on. Zheng Jishi didn’t restrict her at all, so she bought everything she liked. Before long, they were carrying several bags. Yin Xiyu wore multiple bracelets with unique color combinations on both wrists, and even Zheng Jishi’s wrist wasn’t spared.

Though as a nightlife regular, he’d worn big gold chains before, this kind of delicate, girlish accessory was a first for him. As Yin Xiyu put it, these were couple’s items.

Anything labeled “couple’s” suddenly seemed forgivable. Zheng Jishi felt less out of place. He even took several close-up photos of his wrist adorned with the pretty bracelets and uploaded them onto his Instagram, sparking lively discussion among fans.

“Is this the style Brother Jishi’s into lately? So girly.”

“I heard men start liking cute things as they get older.”

“If it weren’t on Simond’s wrist, I’d say it’s pretty, kkkkk.”

“The background looks familiar—is this a trip to Thailand? I just went to that night market last week.”

“Traveling to Thailand?! Alone? I thought President Park and the others were all in Seoul.”

“Maybe he went with Caiwen, kkkkk.”

“If the bracelets are for Caiwen, that would make sense—they’re totally something girls like.”

“But… Caiwen’s hands are so small, can she even wear these?”

After posting the photos, Zheng Jishi turned off his phone and obediently paid for his girlfriend’s purchases. This time Yin Xiyu bought two beautiful hats. If the bracelets were barely acceptable, the hats were really pushing Zheng Jishi’s limits.

Looking down at the oddly styled, almost comically frightening straw hat, then at Yin Xiyu’s expectant face, his expression was one of helpless resignation. Yet deep down, he was glad he hadn’t hired a guide after all. This kind of embarrassment was something he didn’t want anyone but his girlfriend to witness.

After reluctantly wearing the hat, he was pulled along by Yin Xiyu to take several photos. In every picture, his expression looked as if he’d been kidnapped. Yin Xiyu flipped through the album, laughing nonstop.

Of course, her schadenfreude was short-lived. That night, she was thoroughly teased and worn out. Eventually, Zheng Jishi got swept up too, even trying to carry her out to the terrace. In the end, she stopped him with a flood of tears, and instead of the terrace, they ended up pressed against the floor-to-ceiling window—hardly an improvement.

By dawn, the skirmishes had ended. Yin Xiyu fell asleep almost in tears. Zheng Jishi wiped her down with a hot towel and carefully examined the battered areas, feeling guilty and uneasy.

He had just used up an entire box that afternoon; he admittedly had gone a bit too far...

How he coaxed her back the next day is another story.

Yin Xiyu and Zheng Jishi spent nearly two weeks in Thailand, exploring Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. At first, they worried about being recognized, but perhaps they overestimated their fame? The first few days passed quietly, and later they let loose without fear.

However, some things depend on fate and timing. Despite two weeks in Thailand without being spotted, they were recognized by fans upon landing at Incheon Airport.

Uncertain murmurs spread as passersby stopped, eyes wide with surprise. Yin Xiyu was still dazed, but Zheng Jishi quickly reacted, pulling her toward the exit. By the time people realized, they were already inside their manager’s car.

Their names quickly trended on Naver’s hot search list, followed by clues from the show “Transfer Love 2” that shipping fans had savored before, all dug up and discussed again.

“Simond went to Thailand with Xiyu!!?”

“I knew he had designs on her! When we watched Transfer Love, I could tell—his eyes were glued to my girl’s every move. Damn it, TT.”

“Suddenly so jealous of 3D, Yin Xiyu is tall and beautiful, and her figure is amazing…”

“To be honest, his taste in women has never been wrong.”

“I can’t stop laughing at the airport video. 3D bro doesn’t think dragging Xiyu away means it’s over, right? Everyone has phones, and videos from every angle are already out.”

“Ignoring that Simond and Xiyu are about the same height, this really feels like an idol drama plot.”

“I guess Simond was chasing Xiyu before, and around episode 16 of Transfer Love 2, she finally agreed! Their interactions and glances really increased from episode 17 onwards!”

“Simond actually succeeded in winning over Yin Xiyu, oh my god TT.”

“So the bracelet photos were just him showing off their love? That makes sense, the bracelets definitely came from Xiyu.”

“Respect and blessings, but I’m heartbroken TT, Xiyu.”

Regarding the trending topic, Zheng Jishi and Yin Xiyu said nothing, mainly because she was about to start filming a drama, and going public with their relationship then wouldn’t be wise. However, for the shipping fans, whether they responded or not seemed inconsequential.

Because Zheng Jishi began posting about cats on Instagram.

He posted pictures of the little cat named Jelly, well-known among Yin Xiyu’s fans.

Zheng Jishi’s previous Instagram vibe wasn’t very distinctive, but his personal style was clear. Suddenly shifting to a warm, cute pet blogger style attracted a lot of curious fans.

“I feel like Simond talks to Jelly so kindly. Is he treating Jelly like his son now?”

“Hmm... from a certain perspective, isn’t that basically his son?”

“I guess Xiyu went to shoot the drama and left Jelly in 3D bro’s care.”

“He’s really hilarious—kneeling on the floor begging Jelly to drink water had me laughing so hard.”

“Jelly: Even cats can have their days of privilege thanks to their moms~”

“Simond’s pinned posts are now all about Jelly. Is this his way of going public?”

“I just saw a repost claiming some Chinese fans ran into Simond and Xiyu in Thailand?!”

“Wow... truly everywhere the Chinese fans go.”
