Brufid added, “My grandfather has always pondered a question. The hydra is called ‘nine-headed,’ yet it only has three heads. He has been searching for a solution to this problem. I wanted to ask—can the hydra actually become nine-headed?”

Chen Gu considered the question carefully for a while before replying, “It’s somewhat difficult. I’ve observed your hydras here. The reason they only have three heads is because they possess just three attributes. When they advance, they simply allow the attributes to be shared among the heads, but no new attribute is added. So even if a hydra becomes a hydra monster, it can’t grow a fourth head. When I use Holy Water for synthesis, theoretically a fourth head should appear, but your hydra’s body just turned white instead. This suggests that the attributes within the hydra are balanced. Once that balance is broken, the situation changes.”

Having spent so much time in the game, Chen Gu was already well-versed in his pet synthesis talent; he could spot the problem at once.

Upon hearing this, Brufid said, “It requires all that? Can I prepare them now?”
